Description
The Perennial Marquee Fund (Fund) invests in leading global private companies in the Late Growth and Crossover / Pre-IPO stages. The Fund invests globally, primarily focusing on companies expected to exit through a listing on a US or other international exchange, or through a sale to an acquirer. The Fund is managed by the Perennial Private Investments team.
Marquee is open from 12 October 2026 for applications from wholesale investors. First close will be Friday 11 December 2026.
