Description
The Perennial Private to Public Evergreen Fund (PPP+) is a wholesale unit trust which will invest in a diverse range of Private Growth and Pre-IPO companies, plus selected IPOs and Listed Placements, primarily located in Australia. The Fund will be managed by Perennial Private Investments.
Objective
PPP+ aims to generate an attractive absolute return for investors in excess of the hurdle rate of 6.5% p.a. after fees.
Investment Strategy
PPP+ will focus on investments in the Private Growth, Pre-IPO, IPO and Listed Placement segments. The Fund will predominantly invest in Australian businesses but may also invest in assets domiciled in other OECD member countries and developed markets.
