Perennial Marquee Fund (Marquee)
Marquee invests in leading global private companies in the Late Growth and Crossover / Pre-IPO stages. The Fund invests globally, primarily focusing on companies expected to exit through a listing on a US or other international exchange, or through a sale to an acquirer.
Private to Public Evergreen Fund (PPP+)
PPP+ is an evergreen unit trust which will invest in a diverse range of Private Growth and Pre-IPO companies plus selected IPOs and Listed Placements from Perennial’s strong pipeline of deal flow. PPP+ is now open for applications from wholesale investors.
