Objective
To achieve capital appreciation through investment in the Sharon.AI pre-IPO convertible note, with the primary exit mechanism being the anticipated ASX listing in Q1 2026.
Investment Strategy
Single-asset co-investment alongside the Perennial Private Investments Plus Trust (PPP+) into Sharon.AI’s pre-IPO funding round.
